The secret to Yakitori is a clay grill and – organic free-ranged chicken, real hardwood coals and a handmade yakitori sauce – known as “tare” – not just store bought teriyaki sauce plopped sadly out of a bottle.

This particular Yakitori table top grill is constructed of high fired ceramic clay which helps maintain a constant grilling temperature. It is close to the actual Japanese street grill designs with adjustable ventilation.
